Request for leave to intervene as a third party ECHR – January 2020

The ECBA has sent a request for leave to intervene as a third party to Judge Ksenija Turković, President, First Section of the European Court of Human Rights regarding Applications no. 72038/17 and no. 25237/19, Mikołaj PIETRZAK v. Poland and Dominika BYCHAWSKA-SINIARSKA and others v. Poland.
