NGOs
Defending rights, together
ECBA stands with NGOs to uphold for fair trials, access to justice, and the rule of law across Europe
Working with NGOs: Strengthening the Rule of Law and Protecting Human Rights
The ECBA collaborates closely civil society organisations across Europe to uphold fair trial standards, defend fundamental rights, and respond to threats to the rule of law. Our collaborations are based on shared goals: access to justice, legal accountability, and the protection of individuals in the criminal justice system — especially the most vulnerable.
Together, we raise our voices and strenghten our impact — whether by challenging unlawful practices, pushing for better legal protections, or supporting the victims of miscarriages of justice. ECBA brings legal expertise, pan-European reach, and frontline insight from the courtrooms to civil society efforts aimed at systemic change.
