Business Crime
EPPO
The EPPO Working Group unites European defence lawyers to tackle the legal and practical hurdles of EPPO investigations and prosecutions.
Our goal is to bolster the defence’s role and uphold procedural safeguards in transnational criminal justice. We offer concrete support via expert webinars and provide structured feedback to the EPPO on defence challenges.
We also open a direct channel for practitioners to voice systemic concerns and engage in strategic litigation interventions, including amicus curiae briefs before the CJEU and ECHR.
By identifying recurring legal issues, we help shape clearer procedural frameworks, ensuring the defence’s voice is heard, advocating for fair procedures while confronting cross-border challenges, and connecting defence strategies.
